- Cigna: Call the number on your Member ID or visit My.Cigna.com to register and access your benefits.
- Aetna: Call the number for Member Services on your ID or visit www.Aetna.com to register and access your benefits information online.
- United Healthcare: In addition to the number on your member ID card for Member Services, you can also sign up at MyUHC.com to view your benefits and claims.
- MedCost: Call Customer Service.
- Medicaid: Contact your PCP to coordinate with Behavioral Health Services.
- Tricare: Contact Tricare about ABA services. Most ABA services will require a referral from your PCM.
- Private Pay: Please call Blue Diamond ABA Services LLC to learn more about rates for services not covered by insurance and or uninsured clients.
